PURCHASING & PAYMENT

We accept payment via the secure portal of Paypal. You can also pay without a Paypal account by checking out with the Paypal guest option.

UK DELIVERY

There is a flat fee of £3.50 for all UK deliveries. We despatch gifts within 3 working days. Parcels are sent by first class recorded Royal Mail delivery. Please contact info@purelands.co.uk for all enquiries.

EUROPEAN DELIVERY

For delivery upto 1kg to anywhere in Europe a flat fee of £7.50 will be charged. We will contact you if your order is above this weight to inform you of additional postage costs.

REST OF THE WORLD DELIVERY

For delivery to anywhere else in the world please contact us before placing your order. We will locate the most economical way of sending and charge this at cost.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE/RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will be satisfied with your Purelands purchase. However in the event that you wish to return goods for any reason please notify us by email within 4 days of receipt of the goods. In order to receive a full refund you will be responsible for returning the goods in their original condition, box and packaging. Delivery charges will only be refunded in the event of incorrect or damaged goods.
